Fashion

This course is designed to introduce you to a range of creative skills in fashion business and retail. You will also complete GCSE qualifications in maths and English. The programme leads to the award of a level 2 Progression Diploma in Fashion Business and Retail along with pass grades in GCSE English and maths.

    Entry Requirements

    4 GCSEs at grade 3-2. Evidence of previous experience or study at an appropriate level in fashion textiles art & design or fashion retail.

    Assessment Method

    Continuous assessment by practical work projects online portfolio presentations written research project and group work.

    Aims of the course

    The aims of this course are to enable you to develop a range of creative techniques used in the fashion and retail sectors and give you the all-round skills you need to progress to level 3 study in dance or drama.

    Progression Opportunities

    This qualification will prepare you to study on a UAL level 3 qualification.

    Facilities

    This programme is delivered through a mixture of lessons workshops and projects. You will learn in our classrooms and specialist creative studios and benefit from trips to creative venues and getting involved in projects with external partners.
